Your one-day trip to Cairo will begin after midnight. Since at the moment there is no tourist transfer to Cairo by excursion buses, our company representatives will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the bus station in Sharm El Sheikh, where a modern comfortable bus will be waiting for you.
On this bus, you will easily travel 500 kilometers along the Sinai coast, through the Suez Canal to Cairo, where you will arrive early in the morning.
In Cairo you will be met by a Russian-speaking tour guide. He will accompany you throughout this unforgettable day, tell you interesting facts from the life of ancient Egypt and will be happy to answer all your questions. The guide will take you to the excursion bus, which will be your transport in Cairo throughout the day.
On this comfortable bus you will reach the first destination of the trip - the Cairo Historical Museum , located in the city center on Tahrir Square. It houses the largest collection of antiquities from the time of the pharaohs. The museum building is the first in the world built specifically for this purpose - with 107 halls, where artifacts from the prehistoric period to the times of the Roman Empire are presented. You will move from collection to collection in chronological order, you will see treasures, wooden models of household items, statuettes of deities, Fayum portraits and mummies from the New Kingdom era.
After a busy morning, you can relax in a restaurant on the banks of the Nile. If you wish, you can also be offered a boat trip on the Nile (for an additional fee).
The tour will continue with a visit to a traditional Egyptian perfume shop with a large selection of oriental and classic fragrances.
And finally, the long-awaited part of the trip - an excursion to the Giza plateau to the pyramids and the Sphinx. Here you will take a walk in the valley of the Khafre pyramid, get acquainted with 3 pyramids (Hetep-Kheres, Meret, Henutsep), 7 tombs (Idu, Kar, Seshemnefra, Sennedjem, Pa-ser, Ka-em-ankh, Nen-sendyer-ka). You can also enter the pyramid of Khufu (Cheops) or Khafre by purchasing a separate ticket.
And the last exciting stop is the Papyrus Factory , where you will learn about the process of making papyrus and even be able to purchase your own real artifact.
The way home will be done in reverse order - from the excursion bus you will transfer to the regular bus and go back to Sharm El Sheikh. In Sharm El Sheikh you will be met by representatives of our company and taken to the hotel.
